BBBEE Economic Empowerment Status and Policy
We currently hold a Level 4 BBBEE rating scored by an independent accredited rating agency, thus enabling our clients in South Africa to claim 110% of their spend with us. We are pursuing a number of structural and ownership changes that will substantially improve our rating. Our vision is to become the prime example of Economic Empowerment and Transformation in the Fuel Remediation and Optimisation Industry, through the implementation of programs and initiatives.

Whilst we are immensely proud of our fourteen year incident free record we are ever vigilant and regard each new day as our first.
All members of our Company actively participate in our Health and Safety program to identify, report and rectify any non-compliance issues that could lead to injury or disease.

Our approach of "Total Fuel Quality Management & Fuel System Optimization" is unique in an industry where consumers and engine makers have always operated on the premise that "fuel is fuel ". Traditionally, combustion improvement efforts have focused on the machinery without much consideration for the condition and the quality of the fuel. Our total Fuel System Management provides optimal fuel quality, crucial for peak engine performance, reliability and lowered emissions.

We are committed to minimising the impact of our activities upon the environment and accept responsibility for the potential harmful impact that our operations can have on the environment and are dedicated to reducing these effects. We encourage our clients and suppliers, to join us in our environmental protection efforts, by having environmental policies and management practices in place, as well communicating the importance of and encouraging environmental stewardship within its spheres of influence.
We are committed to expanding the conservation of energy, improving energy efficiency, using market-based products and mechanisms to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, being key elements for improving air quality, protecting the environment, the climate and conserving energy needs and resources. We use resources and utilise specialist technology in all our processes and systems which have been certified by the United States Green Clean Institute. These benefits are earth friendly, human-safe and energy-saving to the end user.
The key points of our strategy to achieve the above are:
- Our key function and operation is to create awareness to the guaranteed negative impact that contaminated fuel poses to the environment and provide efficient environmental compliant solutions.
- Minimise waste by continually evaluating its operations and ensuring they are as efficient and environmentally sensitive as possible.
- Actively promote minimising waste by recycling where possible, both internally and amongst our customers and suppliers.
- Comply with and or exceed environmental legislation that relates to our operations.
- Comply with OHASA requirements.
There is a direct link between contaminated fuel and higher exhaust emissions. Due to the very nature of our business whereby we remediate and optimise diesel fuel quality, our service results in substantial reductions of harmful emissions and achieves environmental air quality compliance. Additionally due to our unique green scavenging technology which allows us to extract the least amount of diesel fuel waste (less than 1% of TC excluding water and debris) during our remediation processes, the additional the additional environmental impact on the reduction in waste generation is massive. All residual minimal waste is safely disposed of at certified waste disposal facilities.
